Champagne Vollereaux is the fruit of six generations of family tradition based on the constant search for rigour and perfection, where experience and knowledge have been developed from working the vines up to the total elaboration of the champagnes. The first vintage of Vollereaux is 1923 and offered the production to a circle made of the founder’s friends and relations. This operation was repeated from year to year. The family vineyard of 42 hectares ensures a constant and regular supply of grapes, which contributes to the quality, and the maintenance of the quality, of the Vollereaux champagnes. As growers, Vollereaux pay great attention to cultivating vines, taking care to respect natural balances.

Rich and refined, with layers of pear pastry, black cherry, hazelnut, lemon cream, honey and floral notes. A spicy thread of minerality winds through this wine, as does the precise and seamlessly integrated acidity. Wine Spectator 92
