Alex and Galit take quite an esoteric and holistic approach to their wines. Soulful character-filled wines that come from the heart, here a light and delicate skin-contact blend made for high rotation. Viognier with a shaded touch of Gris for colour and texture. the wine is awash is subtle yet beautiful character and flavour. Spicy, and floral, there’s a touch of earl grey tea tannin which is light and in perfect harmony with the ebb and flow of this delightful orange wine.
