The 2012 Palladius is the usual blend Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Verdelho, Roussanne, Semillon Gris, Semillon Blanc and Palomino. It has a lovely nose of white flower, melted butter, lanolin and honeysuckle all beautifully defined. The palate is medium-bodied with smooth lightly honeyed fruit, pitch perfect acidity and a caressing but complex waxy finish. Killer South African white wine. Wine Advocate 94 (2012)
