From Dane: This is my version of a 'glou glou' wine. Think of it as the red version of Fistful of Flowers. A wine for the people. Comprised of 100% organically farmed fruit it is a blend of co- fermented Syrah and Fiano, then Lagrein rosé and a single barrel each of Pinot Noir and Nosiola. This is an electric, acid driven wine. Slightly wild while also being both delicate and precise with haunting length. It has far more stuffing, structure and beauty than the price point would ever elude to. As with most of my releases from 2019 onwards the wine has spent an extra year on elevage making it very composed and complete. The wine does benefit from some air. This one won’t hang around for long!
