Château Minuty has been a famous name in Provence since it was built in the mid-1800s, but when it was taken over by Gabriel Farnet (grandfather of the current owners) in 1936, it quickly became recognised as one of the region’s benchmark properties. This status was confirmed in 1955 when Minuty became one of just 14 Châteaux in Provence to be designated Cru Classé.

A négociant bottling, the 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose M is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made in a pale coppery-salmon hue. Hints of strawberries join peach, melon and citrus on the nose of this medium-bodied effort, which finishes clean and crisp. Wine Advocate 87
