Château Minuty has been a famous name in Provence since it was built in the mid-1800s, but when it was taken over by Gabriel Farnet (grandfather of the current owners) in 1936, it quickly became recognised as one of the region’s benchmark properties. This status was confirmed in 1955 when Minuty became one of just 14 Châteaux in Provence to be designated Cru Classé.

Cotes de Provence Rose Another négociant bottling, Minuty's 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Prestige is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren. Also pale copper-salmon in color, it offers up scents of crushed stone, sea spray, underripe peaches and melons, plus hints of garrigue. Light to medium-bodied, it's lean and streamlined on the palate, finishing tart and crisp. While the M de Minty is more obviously rosé, this comes across as almost white wine-like in style.
