Kanaan Winery is located in the “golden region” - Ningxia Helan Mountains. Kanaan wines have already been recognized in both Chinese and international competitions, and have received increasing praise for their impressive quality, complexity, and depth.

A dry Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, the 2015 Pretty Pony is restrained in style but with complex aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, graphite and sweet herbs. It has very fine, smooth tannins and is well-balanced, fruity and toasty, ending with a typical sweet, herbal finish. Tasted October 28, 2018. Alcohol level: 14.5%. Wine Advocate 90
