Description

Domaine Dujac is a young pup compared to some of the other well-known Burgundy names, established in 1967 by 26-year old Jacques Seysses with the acquisition of 4.5-hectares of vineyard owned by Domaine Marcel Graillet. Their wines are noted for their exceptional fragrance, structure and longevity. They are often elegant with a deep complexity that is ahead of alcohol and tannic structure. Today, with seven Grand Cru vineyards located in Morey-St-Denis, Dujac is one of Burgundy’s leading domaines.

The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières was showing well, wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, nutmeg and warm pastry, followed by a medium to full-bodied, racy and nicely defined palate that's long and intense. Wine Advocate 91-93
