The 2010 Intens Rosat Brut Nature Gran Reserva is the first certified biodynamic Cava to come onto the market, and is a blend of 68% Pinot Noir and the rest Monastrell. Going against the current fashion, it has a deep pink color, almost ruby and an intense nose mixing red fruits and bakery aromas and a medium-bodied palate with well-integrated bubbles and great freshness.
