This is a remarkable estate that was created just after the war and which, with Olivier Bonville at the helm, is in its third generation. The estate grew quite quickly so that today it covers over 50 acres of vineyard on the Côte des Blancs. What makes this so special is that all the vines in the villages of Oger, Cramant and Avize are grand cru. Only chardonnay is used for the white wines and this is made into a style that is about finesse and elegance.

A rich and smoky base note of roasted nut supports flavors of lemon meringue pie, quince paste, toasted coconut and cumin, and spun honey. There's lovely creamy texture here, with finely meshed acidity throughout. Wine Spectator 92
