Description

Françoise Martinot is the mother of Charles Dufour, she has started with sustainable farming since 2002, and since than the vineyards have obtained organic certification. Françoise does the grape growing part, and Charles the wine making part for wines under Champagne Françoise Martinot.

The Champagne Bistrøtage Rosé B.11 is a rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested from vineyards with a clayey-calcareous terroir located in the Vallée de l'Arce (Côte des Bar). Harvested in 2011, grapes equally vinifies in wooden vats and no dosage and sulfur was added in the phase of disgorging. This Champagne Rosé de Saignée has a pinkish orange color, is rather soft and dynamic with a very long and citrus finish.
