The Domaine was born in 2000 from Xavier Gonet and Julie Medeville, both from two renowned families of viticulturists; Gonet from Champagne and Medeville from Bordeaux. The vines are located on remarkable slopes on Bisseuil, Ambonnay and Mesnil-sur-Oger. Dosages here are reduced to the strict minimum, which enhance the purity of expression of every Cuvees. It represents today 7.5ha under vines in 1er Cru and Grand Cru

Based on 100% Pinot Noir (90% Bisseuil, 10% Ambonnay), the white-golden NV Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru Brut offers a clear, fresh, intense, pure and spicy-scented bouquet of ripe, sweet cherries along with mineral notes. Wine Advocate 92+
