The 2017 Bianco Secco is a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and the local Saorin grape. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel to promote the crispness and general freshness of the aromatic presentation that offers elements of Granny Smith apple, grapefruit and a touch of bitter almond. There is slightly more heft and concentration that comes naturally to this warm and dry vintage. Wine Advocate 89 (2017)
