Here's a cheerful wine to love and enjoy. The 2019 Etna Bianco presents a zesty range of Carricante-specific aromas that start off with tropical fruits and peachy sweetness and then veer toward crushed stone and mineral. This is a lean-bodied white with plenty of refreshing acidity and crispness. This bottle is a joy to drink, preferably with some stuffed clams. Some 70,000 bottles were made. Wine Advocate 93 (2019)
